To order a Spectrum Custom Frame or Bicycle you must print, complete and mail to Spectrum the downloadable ORDER FORM along with your deposit or arrange for a personal fitting with Tom at Spectrum Cycles in Pennsylvania. The experience has begun. As soon as Spectrum receives your downloadable order form, Tom Kellogg will contact you to work out the details.
